 Harrison Kennedy performed as a member of the Chairmen Of The Board as part of the Detroit music scene in the 70’s. They played top venues including JOHNNY CARSON”S TONIGHT SHOW, SOUL TRAIN and AMERICAN BANDSTAND performing their hit, “Gimme Just A Little More Time.” Chairmen Of The Board also had performances with B.B. King, James Brown, Smokey Robinson, Stevie Wonder Funkadelics and played New York’s famed Harlem’s Apollo Theater many times. After a string of million selling singles with this legendary band, Kennedy hit the road, honing the craft of the consummate bluesman. He is a 4 time Best Male Vocalist nominee and 2 time Best Acoustic Blues Act at the Maple Blues Awards.
